6. Game Rules, Betting, and Results

By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

• Finality of Results: All game results and betting outcomes are final once confirmed by the relevant game system or sports data feed. Results cannot be reversed, altered, or disputed on the basis of a player's dissatisfaction with the outcome.

Settlement at the incorrect price does not create an entitlement to the erroneous payout.
• Disconnection: pgebet is not liable for losses or disruptions caused by internet connectivity failures, device failures, or power interruptions on the player's side. Players accept full responsibility for maintaining a stable internet connection during gameplay and live betting.
• Maximum Winnings: pgebet may apply a maximum single-session or daily winnings cap. Where applicable, the relevant cap will be disclosed within the specific game terms or in the pgebet platform settings. Winnings above the stated cap will be credited up to the capped amount only.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgebet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity forfeited:

• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• You are under the age of 21;

• You have requested voluntary self-exclusion or a competent authority has issued a mandatory exclusion order.

Upon termination for cause, pgebet may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination occurs for any reason other than a breach of these Terms, pgebet will return your available account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial law.
